Ray, Are you talking about like if you don't use up the minutes you bought it expires? Or is there something new I am not aware of?

I have used Onesuite for long distance for quite a while. Recently, the company added a new policy that account expires every 6 months. The policy is okay, but the way they deal with the transition is horrible. I was never notified, and suddenly today when I tried to make the call, they said my account has expired.

Talking to the customer service was disappointing. They told me that it was good for me that they made my account expired - how can any reasonable person make such a statement?! If the company is any good, they would at least grandfather all previous customer from this rule, and apply the new rule fully only after the transition period is over. All I can conclude right now is that the company has poor management. This would be a company that I would never invest, nor would I ever be their customer again.

I recommend that no one should become their customer, because they can easily change their policy one night and say that every account expire after 24 hours - your money simply will be gone without ever being notified. This company cannot be trusted.

Another Onesuite user here. I use it mainly for voip calls because I already dropped my landline to save on monthly phone bills. Now I only pay $2.95 plus around $5 monthly for all of my calls. I think I'm saving around $20 to $30 compared when I still use traditional landline.
